My start weight/date should be 222 on April 9th. As of today I am down 6.8 lbs. yay! I haven't been hungry at all..just habit to eat at certain times of the day.
215.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
