Day 8 and 9
So I got really busy yesterday and couldn't write down anything I went to bed after midnight because I didn't get a chance to have dinner till 11. I went over my calories by a little bit yesterday. Not too bad but not great either.
Today however I stayed under my calorie goals and I worked out for an hour at the gym. I think I'm gonna stick to an hour work out on two machines for a couple weeks to get into a rhythm.
Ok tomorrow, yes, happy good success time.
