Going to Gym 2 Hours 4 days a week and also control on Diet. but i don't know why my weight increased 2 KG. in 3 to 4 days.
219.6 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.1 lb a week

I think it is too. you should measure your stomach thighs etc.. that's probably where you'll see the difference
