Won't weigh myself today - feeling way too bloated. Not sure why, didn't go over my calories, but did eat my yogurt/fruit really late in the evening and went to bed not long after. I'm so envious of those that seem to lose weight regardless of what they eat, as long as it's under "x" amount of calories, and doesn't seem to affect them as to the time of day they eat, either. Still feel there may be a thyroid or other hormonal issue going on here, but just need to make myself go to the doctor or quit bitching about it. Going to work out in a few. I am liking the Bodybugg, though. It does motivate me to move more. Added a couple exercises to my "usual" work out routine yesterday just to get the calorie burn to 400 after my work out. I think it was about 380 or so at the end of it. It also motivated me to make several trips upstairs to put away laundry rather than trying to do it in one trip. Little things like that.
