Well, this is very interesting. I'm only 3 days in and realizing I've been eating a lot of hidden calories. I eat fairly healthy but it's surprising how easily calories can sneak up on you! Only doing 1/2 hour workouts, and that sways the balance pretty quickly. Really thought I was being careful today, but without a snack yet tonight, I'm already at my recommended intake. That being said, I still have a calorie deficit.
Also went back to measuring my portions. Having to relearn this all over again. Time to retrain my brain!
