Snack: Fat-free yogurt

Lunch: Oranges and apples

Snack: Wheat thins and peanut butter

Third meal: Small salad, low-fat Thousand Island

Supper: 1/2 cup lima beans, 2 servings of broccoli

Workout: 20 minutes of intervals on treadmill
