UGH - retaining water BIG TIME for some reason. Wondering if it could be all the sodium in Sunday's ham - anyone else noticing the same thing? I drank 2 1/2 liters of water yesterday and not much "left" me - lol.

I can relate. I didn't have much trouble from Sunday but last week I ate canned ham twice and gained 2 lbs in one day! Give yourself a few days and continue drinking your water. It will come back down soon!

Yep! And it never hurts to google "why the scale lies". It is a real eye opener and puts things back in perspective when we see a jump we don't expect.
