Actually got a little exercise yesterday. I have been so tired lately, and just the thought of the slightest bit of exercise has just been out of the question. I fought through it and went walking and even added a little running, too! I walked laps around the park trail and would run the last 1/4 each time I got to one side. I know it's not much, but it's a start!

I just want to be in the 150's so bad! I'm currently at 163.5 so I figure it will be two more weeks at the soonest. My goal is 135, but for some reason it will just seem so much better to weight in the 150's. That's still overweight for me, but it doesn't seem so bad. The more I lose, the more motivated I get.

Each and every pound - heck, each and every OUNCE is a step towards your goal! Good for you walking and adding a little running to each lap! It's been difficult for me to start adding running to my exercise, so I know how big a step that is!
