I weighed this on Sunday too and didn't enter it as I wanted to see if I could maintain it. well, I did!
I think this could be my best weight. certainly, it's my lowest adult weight.
I'm still carrying a little more fat than I'd like, but I'm not sure getting any lower is a realistic goal. I'll just keep eating as i am and see what happens!
