Fighting the junk food cravings alot lately. I did make my 25 lb. loss last week. I don't want to mess this up. Oh god please don't let me reck this, let me stay on track.

Wow 25 lb, brilliant. Please try stay positive. Could you get a bag, fill it with stuff that weights 25b lb and stand on scales then put them down and reweigh yourself. or try carry it around for a bit. Might keep you positive and focused.

Amy, what is it that you crave? Crunchy salty? Gooey sweet? I have a few junk food busters. Popcorn - make sure it is light or salted only. Pretzels - count or weigh a portion and stop when they are gone. For sweet, try the sugar free fudgecicles. Or you can stuff an almond into a date and get a sweet, cruchy treat. 3 stuffed dates are about 90 calories. Have a hot cup of tea or coffee with them and it's like dessert. Those are my junk food replacements. :o) I wish you the very best! You're doing great!
