1776 kcal Fat: 56.11g | Prot: 68.23g | Carb: 239.68g.   Breakfast: Oat So Simple Strawberry, Raspberry & Cranberry, 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Tesco Pure Semi-Skimmed Milk, Tea (Brewed). Lunch: Wholemeal Bread, Heinz Cream of Tomato Soup with Fiery Mexican Spices. Dinner: Linda McCartney Mozzarella 1/4Lb Burger, McCain Homefries, Heinz Baked Beans. Snacks/Other: Braeburn Apples, Muller Light Greek Style Luscious Lemon Yogurt, Tesco High Juice Lemon & Lime. more...
