Ugh.... After 3 months of following the program extrememly well- (outside of occasional alcohol), I just had a full week of OFF THE WAGON! 4 days in Vegas for spring break, and a full cheat day on Easter. Now I feel like crap, gut ache, carb induced hangover, no energy, and I'm up 6 pounds. But, here's the difference... I know that Atkins works for me. I am jumping right back on program. I will stay under 20 net carbs, track my food, drink my water and run in the evenings. I WILL lose 15 more lbs by June 11.
