I have reached my goal weight for this month already, time to reset with new goal for the holidays. With four major eating and drinking holidays ahead, I'll try to be realistic.

Well .. you have some time between the holidays, and I've found that if I spend N days going over and gaining a bit, it takes about N days of "return to vigor" to recover .. so, for what its worth, I say go ahead and enjoy yourself (still eating well when you can). You've got a great trend going .. so you can handle it!

Thanks. I also have a spouse's birthday in the mix. I always fix his favorite meal Philadelphia Cheese Steak smothered in onions and peppers. I always feel like Beverly Goldberg, putting cheese on steak. YUCK! But he loves it and it is low carb.
