This week was not my best. I have been having some cookouts and I am having problems staying out of the things that I shouldn't be having. I seem to be snacking on everything and saying it is ok because it is just a little bit. I just got on the scale this morning and realized I gained 2 pounds this week. GRRRR!!!! I am bound and determined to lose these last 10 pounds. I feel like it is harder than the first 35 that I have already lost.
