I have been floating between 166 and 170 cannot hit 165 but I am good with it I am wearing size 30 pants . I am hitting a boot camp work out 2 days a week and in 6 wks lost 2 pant sizes all and all I am on better shape st 40 than I was at 20 hit mtn bike trails this week 4 days my only wish is I could male a living on my bikes it makes me feel good physically and it takes my stress away
