Oh what a weekend. I am obviously an emotional eater. Yesterday was better than Friday, but still not a good day. Did not include what I ate at a party last night in my food log...too much :(
132.8 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
