Happy New Year Everyone! Let's all make it a good one!!
I'm back to exercising again and am going to take a shot at losing another 5 libs I came across a suggestion to increase fat (150grams) and decrease protein (70-80 grams)while keeping carbs at 20 grams. That doesn't calculate to enough calories but I understand the concept. I cannot however, figure out how to get that many fat grams into my diet--any suggestions? For those of you who think this is a very unhealthy diet--I wouldn't choose this for a lifetime--only to jumpstart weight loss again. Then I'd be back to lower fat, lower carb choices.
This has put me into ketosis in just 2 days-which is unusual for me.
