went from 86.5 to 79.9 in my 7 day water fast. This is 24 hrs after breaking the fast. Today was day 1 on Keto lifestyle.
182.1 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
