i started to read a book about the link between emotions and eating and it somehow made click n my head, i know why i fail on diets sometimes and since i understand myself better now i love myself more (and of course i can prevent the whole emotional eating thing now) :)i also got some helpful tools now to make healthy eating choices and i can't wait for the next weight in.
