i was pretty sure that i had gained. And I know I did. But I cheated by starving myself all day then I drank tons of water..I took water pills so I peed all day. And I was in the gym all evening from 5 to 8 pm. This is nothing to be proud of. So I lost a little, but I cheated. This can not happen! Not healthy at all! :(
