Good news.....Bad news Good news first... I have entered into a friendly bet with Captain Shelm. Bad news... Since our bet I have been eating and eating and eating! What the heck is up with that? Self sabotage? I know I am not actually hungry. With a little determination and a ton of self discipline, hopefully I can steer away from eating, eating, and eating and onto losing, losing and more losing.
