The weight just keeps coming and coming. I read every label on every box and can. I wright down all the info for the foods I eat. I’m always hungry, nauseous if I don’t eat. I can’t not eat I’m a diabetic. My legs , feet and back hurt all the time. How am I supposed to exercise. I also have migraines 4 - 6 days a week. In other words I’m a hot mess. Help anyone?

check with your doctors to see if there is a way of eating that best suites your body. Everyone is different. Think Whole foods, take exercise a little at a time but be consistent, and build up slowly. Check with your doctor as to what is the best exercise is best for you. Think positive and take one day / one meal at a time. Soon you will see results. Take heart you are not the only one here that is struggling that is why we are here. :)

I would encourage you to log the foods you're writing down, to do so on the FatSecret Diet Calendar - it will tally all your macronutrients and allow you log in things like housework, walking, gardening, sports, etc.. If you're receptive to doing that for 30 days, it may show you (and your doctor) what your "baseline" is so that he/she can help you with better advice.
