I suppose there's a first time for everything! Whilst she has been super supportive, mu lovely wife has expressed concerns about my weight loss. As a result, we have agreed to set my weight goal at 70 kilos. Wish me luck as I buck the trend and try to gain weight over the next couple of days

Then you should also agree a fluctuation around that weight. I'm not an expert but I'd suggest about 2kg either side. Good luck, my dear! 👍🏻

TBH we never actually agreed on 70 kg. My wife thought I was losing to much weight and around 70 would be better.
I'm struggling to put the weight back on. ate all the wrong stuff last week and I drank beer 3 nights in a row. Gained 100g over the week.
