Exercised this morning. Getting out of bed was no issue but as I was exercising I struggled a bit. Didn't seem to be very strong today. Weighed after shower and was up a pound from yesterday. Although since I didn't weight immediately upon waking may have had something to do with that. Today's challenge will be getting all my water in!
