Had our first clinic today! AWESOME! Boy was it a workout. Pedometer at 11:30 was over 7,000 steps. Really enjoyed playing with the team. Our first match is next Wednesday. I am so looking forward to it. I'll look to workout on the treadmill and elliptical later tonite, if I can still walk by then.

Work out tonite: Treadmill 30 minutes and elliptical 30 minutes. Pedomoter reading over 16,000, says I burned 604 calories. I think something wrong with calculations. I will reset to be sure.
