We just got back from Greece last night after 2 plus weeks of walking up and down every path from Athens to Rhodes. It seems Greece is 80 % mountains including all the Greek Isles which are nothing more than submerged mountain tops. I was hoping to loose some weight but i guess you c an't eat 3 plus gourmet meals a day even if they are a Mediterranean diet based plus wine and beer and expect to lose anything. Guess I should be happy I did not gain more. Anyway I start back in earnest today.
