I just don't know! I am all over the place with my diet. I am trying to lower my cholesterol, so I eat low cholesterol items & lots of fiber. But then, I am told in order to lose weight since I am working out so much I should eat more protein. But if I eat more protein, my cholesterol might skyrocket. I just don't know what to do. On the verge of giving up on the whole diet thing, just eat whatever I feel like and hope the working out non-stop will take care of everything.
