Hi there!

i'´m writing cause i have a huge problem in both my work out routines and my diet. first all of i must say i gave birth to a baby boy on November and my work out issues come from him. he barely sleeps. he wakes up from 3 to 6 times a night! i'm always tired and sleepy in the morning but i have to prepare my husband breakfast, make lunch, clean the room and the house while the baby sleeps. oh, wash the clothes. So i'm pretty busy. i won't lie to you i have some precious time at noon till 2 in which i eat lunch. when the baby's awake he cries all the time asking for my arms i can't even go to the bathroom. the doctor says he's ok in health but he is hyperactive by nature. thing is, when i have baby free time i just wanna sleep or lie in bed to read or something. what do you recommend me to do to work out cause i don't do it?

Second, the diet issue, i'm always so stressed out, depressed and tired, i don't do anything fun... the only way i feel better is eating candies, cakes or stuff.. i've tried to stop me from eating them and i've done a pretty good job but i keep fallin on temptation every other day...
