well after reading my received comments yesterday in regards to my induction phase on Atkins, I still for some reason can't get up to 1500 calories for the day. I entered in the foods I will eat for today, I even added more fat, but the calories are still not adding up? I don't want to go over what's recommended for my daily totals (fat/protein/carb)Not sure what to do, as this does bother me, I don't want to be doing this, just for it to come all to a halt and defeating my purpose of loosing weight.
If someone could kindly tell me or give me advise on this, would appreciate it!
P.s haven't received my Atkins "a new you" book yet, still waiting...

I would add some protein to your lunch to start. A chicken breast with skin, piece of steak, pork chop, or hamburger patty can add necessary fat and calories. Also maybe add a veggie with butter to your breakfast. I am sure others will have suggestions also.
