T.O.M is on its way. Not only do I feel puffy, I look it too. Ugh! I just need to keep telling myself not to freak out about the number on the scale or better yet to not get on it at all (yea, right... *sigh). I know from previous months, the number will go back down, but just seeing it rise for those few days is a killer!
Better up my water intake to counteract the water retention. Sometimes I hate being a woman. lol.
I am starting magnesium supplements, so I hope that will help w/any cravings. I've been told it will help w/chocolate cravings since it is the magnesium in chocolate that is really what the body wants. We shall see.
Going to try some tonic water to battle the leg cramps at night from Atkins flu. Just have to wait to get paid. Need to find a good water filter too. I've been told that a charcoal water filter will make it taste like purified water. I wonder if that is true. I love the taste of purified or even distilled water. Our tap water is just nasty and I've had to add a little lemon or lime just to get it down. But I'm proud to say, still no soda! :)
Wednesday is my one full day at home this week. It will be nice to not run around town all day. My girl needs to get caught up on her violin/orchestra stuff anyway. So a good day at home is good for this home schooling family, especially since we have a full w/e of activities coming up.
Thurs. she has 2 orchestra rehearsals and an audition for a musical. Fri. we are working the merchant table at the Tim Hawkins concert. Super fun!! Saturday we are ushering for the Itzhak Perlman performance. Been looking forward to this for months!!! Sun. she has another orchestra rehearsal. Mon. 2 orchestra rehearsals. Next Tues, I think is our next full day at home. Phew! I'm tired just thinking about it, but it's all good. I'm so proud of my girl! :)
