Renewed efforts today. Only 16 more days until my cruise to the Bahamas and I am determined to be out of the 150's.
Not much of a workout yesterday but today I'm going to hit the gym hard. If I can fit it in tonight, I'm going to get in a second workout in as well.
Eating pretty good also so far, it's always so much easier during the week when I'm at work and only going to have what I have prepacked for myself.
On another note, I have decided to turn over some recent Major stressors and burdens and realize that I just can't do it all. I will do my best (ALWAYS) and the rest will just have to take care of itself.
