Today I attended a spin class for the first time, very hard work.; but this is not for me. Maybe be because it is the first class but I do not think I can do this daily. I prefer walking / running and strength trianing. It left me feeling week, whole body trembling but it was a good workout Maybe sometime in the future but not now
