I have been so down about gaining weight recently that I felt like I couldn't get outside of myself long enough to shake the mood... Then fatsecret happened and I found friends... Somehow, reading about someone else's struggles and trying to encourage them puts things into perspective for me. It's going to be ok; I will get passed this. So, with my lunch box full of fruit and a jug of water on my desk I will take on this day with gusto! We can do it! Whether or not I loose weight today, I want to love and respect my body and not hate it and beat it down... Who's with me???
