This is my 7th day on the diet and I haven't lost anything. Am I doing something wrong?

Are you sticking strictly to the rules of Phase 1? If you are not following the diet fairly closely you will not see results. Also for me personally it is not uncommon for it to take 2 weeks before the scale shows a loss. Just keep it up & the scale with show something soon!! Good luck.

What I would do is make yourself a chart. Each meal write down the carbs you've eatten. The 2 here 3 there add up. Try to stay below 20carbs a day. Drinking at least 96oz of water aday is important too. Walking helps if your not excersizing. Don't give up! There is alot of us here for support!

The others had some great ideas...writing down what you're eating just to get a better picture. I, too, would encourage you to exercise at least 3 days a week...even just taking a walk with the kids. It really does help speed up the process. Hang in there and I know you'll have some good news to report soon!

I am writing things down and exercising curves 3-4 times a week. The water may be the probelm. I've been getting 64 oz. but not 96.
