I did a 6 egg recipe,
3 finger strips of red pepper and diced,
handful of spinach,
handful of kale, 1/2tsp salt,
chopped chilli,
pinch of pepper and
bake for 18-20 mins.
Watch it during the last 3-4 mins as it depends on how strong ur oven is at 180 deg C
