I am starting Atkins again tomorrow! I am so excited. I was going to wait until after New Years but I am motivated now so I might as well start now. Plus none of my clothes fit anymore and I am NOT buying new bigger ones!!! Wish me luck!

283.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb. Still to go: 128.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 2.3 lb a week
