Gained some weight, but that's alright. It doesn't make me a bad person or anything. Bought a great book by Thich Nhat Hanh called 'Savour' that has a lot of splendid ideas to do w/eating less and better. Paying attention to how your body feels after certain dishes/drinks. Like right now? It's 5:47 and I just had breakfast - - a twinkie, milk, and half a nutrigrain bar. I wasn't watching tv while consuming it, so that's good (one of their recommendations). And I avoided a coke in the other room (my intention is to throw that away when I see it again ^^). But I could have avoided the twinkie and substituted the milk with no-fat or water, so there's what I can do next time. For each negative, my goal is to have a positive alongside it so as not to lose faith :) I can do this!
