Well, the time has come. No more going out to lunch with my co-workers. I'm dragging them all into this "time to get healthy" obsession of mine. It's time for us all to save alot of money by doing our own versions of home cooking. By spring, I hope, with alot of holding each others hands, we'll all be on our way to feeling a hundred times better than we do now.
This should be fun... :o)
