I feel off the wagon really bad! I got up to 283 this past Christmas in 2011. Jan 9th of 2012 I started the gym and weight watchers and I am not down to 257.5lbs... pretty much where I started here in 2011. I am not using the Weight Watchers app on my phone along with this app again. I would love to get down to my goal weight that I started on here over a year ago. I have been going to the gym 3-5 days a week. I do weight training 2 days and 40 minutes of cardio 3-4 days. I am now uping it to 45 min 5 days a week.
