Yesterday I started my diet on a good path then my boyfriend took me out to dinner and I had carbs. Plus I did not go to the gym yesterday. I am beening so bad its not even funny. Today is another day and I promise myself to get back on track. No cheating.

Good morning, I know exactly what you are going through. It is just so darned sweet that they want to take us out and show us a good time. I am the same way. Our anniversary was Saturday and although I was good all day and through most of the dinner, I ended up getting weak and had some cheesy bread at Red Lobster. UGH! When will I ever learn? But you are so right - it is another day. You will be fine.

Ladies, you can eat out and still stick to the plan! It's not worth the few bites of starchy poison! ;)
