I just got back from taking a 40 minute walk on my lunch break. Took my time, but it felt good to get out and enjoy the great weather in So. Cal this afternoon. Walked to Subway for a turkey and ham salad and green tea, then walked back home. Made time for some exercise today. :)

I think I need to cut out OJ and watch my intake of green tea though to avoid too many carbs for the day. Maybe the green tea was just because it was Fuze that had honey in it though????
