I think I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. I am trying not to let it get me down but it's a little difficult. My weight fluctuated up for the first time, even though I was really good yesterday. O well, I have the whole day ahead of me and I am sure it will get better!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
