I lost 3 pounds in the last 3 weeks. I've got to lose about 8-10 more to get my goal for the weight loss challenge. I've got to get on track with exercise. Getting motivated to exercise is so hard for me. I need to just buck up and realize that this isn't going to happen on its own and that if I want to see a real change in my body, I'm going to have to gain some real will power.
