Keep with it. You will get there. Baby steps and you will feel better once you are consistent. Go to Runkeeper.com. You can log your activity there. I use mine for my walks - it calculates speed, time, miles etc and you can GPS with a smart phone or GPS on their website. You will see your improvement in the numbers. Good luck and stay positive!!
