Its starting to bug me that I am losing 0 pounds. I am glad it is staying very regular but with the amount of calories I am taking in, I thought it would be more substantial.
I just found online the 50-30-20 plan of Protein, fats carbs and I realized I had not been following that closely enough. I am going to try and reduce my carbs some more, but it is AMAZING the amount of carbs i random items i did not expect.
