I want to be up-front and just say that all my weight loss is down to my determination, ability to resist overeating and exercise. Any weight gain is entirely my wonderful wife's fault. Yesterday was a great day for feasting. Banana bread muffins, home made pita bread and beef tiryaki (spelling). I fear it was not a great day for the scales 😣😣😣
