9/5 aiming to be under 200 before xmas a1c and cholesterol are down. hit a plateau. trying not to get frustrated and give up. too easy to find reasons to eat badly. ive been workingout 3x a week since March. definitely seeing inches lost and have gone down 2 dress sizes.
