So last week was spring break for my daughter and I can say I ate like crap and didn't go to the gym. Hence the 2 pounds I gained! Starting today I am back on track and on Monday will begin hot yoga at the gym and a tri-pilates class on Fridays for 8 weeks. Different challenge and I will also record evrything I eat for the next couple weeks. I really want to see 163 come up on my scale for my birthday.
