68.1 kg. The only surprising thing is my body fat reading of 21%.
Does that mean the exercises might be working?
150.1 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Muscle or water retention probably Willie if you have been going to the gym then muscle weight would probably give you the small gain, a pound here or there is nothing to worry about anyway Willie

Thanks Thomas. I'm not worried about the weight, but I am surprised at how pow it is after what I ate on Friday...
