Normally, I journal once a week on the day I weigh in. However, I need to write because I've discovered why my weight loss has come to slow down: I'm burning too many calories!
The intake of food on my program (The Doctor's Answer) is only 650 calories a day. My exercise regime burns around 500 or more calories a day! Put those two together and my body thinks I'm in famine mode and refuses to give up pounds! What a duh moment!
I'm back into solid food on March 17, with a regular meal plan by a month's end...my guess is that things will change once that happens!
